Operational fit

Consistency matters more as the operation grows

Cafés & juice bars

Add açaí without developing a recipe, sourcing gums or training a production team.

Hotels & resorts

Keep the same colour, texture and portion standard across breakfast and wellness service.

Restaurants

Turn frozen inventory into a plated dessert or bowl with one operational step.

Chains & concessions

Fixed solids, Brix and portion yield support consistency across multiple locations.

Samples and cold chain

The 200 g format supports menu trials. Samples move by air with thermal packaging and dry ice; commercial volumes use refrigerated transport at -18 °C or below.

Technical documentation

Specification, nutritional table, physicochemical and microbiological parameters, allergen declaration and organic documentation where applicable.

Frequently asked questions

What is the difference between sorbet and pulp?

Sorbet is a finished, sweetened and stabilised product ready to scoop. Pulp is an unsweetened industrial input for teams that formulate in-house.

Does the product have overrun?

No. Air is not whipped into the product, so the weight in the bucket is usable sorbet and portion yield stays predictable.

Can it be used in a soft-serve machine?

The standard product is a scoopable sorbet. Share your machine and mix specification so compatibility can be checked before ordering.

Can I test it before a commercial order?

Yes. The 200 g pot is intended for tasting panels and menu trials. International samples ship with thermal packaging and dry ice.

Is organic sorbet available?

Yes. Organic Premium is the organic option, with certification documentation supplied according to product and destination.
