The range

Five ingredients. One coherent wellness menu.

The lineup is ordered by how quickly each product earns its place on the menu — starting with the sorbet that launches a bowl program on day one.

Açaí sorbet, açaí powder, coconut milk powder, coconut sugar and cacao arranged in a hotel kitchen.

The offer

Miami Hospitality Sampling Program

One entry point that covers everything a property needs to put the menu into service — from free sample to recurring order.

Free individual samples

Choose the products you want to test. Each 100 g sample is supplied separately, at no cost and with no volume commitment.

Volume pricing table

Price tiers from 10 kg to 999 kg, so F&B and purchasing can model cost per serving before deciding.

Application suggestions

Ratios, formats and service workflows already proven in juice bar and breakfast operations.

Menu build-out support

Help structuring the bowl, smoothie and wellness lineup around your concept and price point.

Delivery across Miami

Local delivery and distribution in the Miami area, without international freight on every order.

Recurring order terms

Conditions for standing orders once the menu is running, with forecast-based replenishment.

Private label comes later. The program starts with standard supply on purpose: validate the menu and the volume first, then discuss branded packaging as a second stage.

The numbers

What an açaí bowl actually costs you.

Açaí powder input cost per serving, based on 50 g per bowl or 400 ml drink — the same ratio used across our food-service accounts. Toppings, labor and packaging are not included.

Against a Miami menu price of $14 to $18 for a signature bowl, this is the line that makes the wellness menu worth running.

Orders from 1,000 kg are quoted individually. Sorbet, coconut and cacao products are priced separately in the full hospitality table.

Coverage

Miami first, and deliberately so.

For each reorder, we confirm whether the selected products can be fulfilled through Miami-area inventory or require import logistics. This helps hotel teams plan menus against verified availability, lead time and delivery terms.

The plan is to consolidate three to five accounts in Miami before widening to Fort Lauderdale, Orlando and other markets. Serving fewer properties properly beats spreading thin across a map.

Hospitality supply FAQ

What F&B and purchasing teams ask first.

Are the individual product samples really free?

Yes. Each selected product is supplied as its own free 100 g sample for US businesses, so your chef can validate flavor, color, texture and yield before any commitment. Every sample is packaged separately. Larger 1 kg and 10 kg packs are billed EXW plus courier freight.

Do you deliver in Miami without international freight?

Yes. The Miami program is built around local stock and delivery in the Miami area, so recurring orders do not depend on an international shipment each time. Lead time and delivery window are confirmed for your property.

What does the açaí sorbet require in the back of house?

It is a frozen scoop-and-finish format, so it needs freezer space but no blending station or recipe preparation during service. Storage and portioning details are confirmed with the operating team before the first order.

Do the powders require frozen storage?

No. Açaí powder, coconut milk powder, coconut sugar and cacao products are shelf-stable at room temperature, which is a practical advantage in properties where freezer space is limited.

Are the products certified for the US market?

Certification scope, facility records and batch documentation are reviewed for each selected product. Organic, Non-GMO and other certificates are shared when they apply to the quoted SKU and producing facility.

How is pricing structured for hotel accounts?

Pricing is quoted by volume, from 10 kg up to 999 kg, with custom quotes above that. We share the full pricing table after understanding the property, service periods and expected monthly usage.

Do you offer private label for hotel brands?

Private label is available as a later stage, once the menu is running and volume is established. The sampling program intentionally begins with standard products so the operation can be validated first.

Do you supply outside Miami?

The current focus is Miami, to build depth of service before widening the footprint. Fort Lauderdale, Orlando and other markets are evaluated case by case as the program expands.

Start with a tasting

Let your chef test the product before you commit.

Individual 100 g product samples are free for US businesses. No volume commitment, no contract — just the selected products in your kitchen.
