  • 80 g Biohacker freeze-dried açaí powder
  • 2 liters whole milk or plant base
  • 320 g sugar
  • 180 g powdered glucose
  • 120 g milk powder or coconut cream powder
  • 8 g ice cream stabilizer
Method
  1. 01

    Blend all dry ingredients and incorporate into the liquid with a high-shear mixer.

  2. 02

    Pasteurize according to operating protocol, chill and age for 4 hours.

  3. 03

    Load the machine using settings for the base and discard the first draw.
