  • 300 g frozen mango
  • 2 frozen bananas
  • 160 ml chilled coconut milk
  • Kiwi, dragon fruit cubes, coconut and seeds to finish
Method

    Blend mango, banana, coconut milk and dragon fruit powder into a firm cream.

    Adjust with small amounts of liquid so the texture stays thick.
